Affidavit of consent for the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 7 of Regulation 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL

I agree for my personal data, namely three names, address and email address, to be processed by RUNNERSHUB Ltd. for the implementation of a contract for a purchased good or ordered service, as well as for sending information and advertising messages about the products and services of RUNNERSHUB Ltd.  I provide my consent for the period necessary to fulfill the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between me and RUNNERSHUB" Ltd., and then for the shorter one of: 1) the period provided for the storage of contractual documents according to the tax and accounting legislation of Republic of Bulgaria or 2) the period of 5 years.

I was duly informed that I can withdraw my consent at any time by submitting it to the address Exercise your rights, and that my request may not be satisfied if it conflicts with the fulfillment of the administrator's legal obligations or the public interest.
