Shipping Area

Delivery region: We currently ship to all European countries.
Deliveries to DHL Packstations are possible within Germany. For this, you need a DHL Packstation customer number.

Order Processing Time
Processing time: Your order will be processed within one business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders with in-stock items will be shipped immediately.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery: Shipping within Germany takes one to two business days. International shipments typically take two to three business days (according to DHL).

For items that are not in stock, the delivery time is shown below the size selection.

 
 
 


Please note that we always ship your order as a complete package. If one or more items in your order are not in stock, the shipment will be sent only once all items have arrived. Your items will typically reach you within 1–4 days.

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed before 11:00 PM Central European Time (Amsterdam) will be processed the next business day, provided the items are in stock.

  • No shipping days: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Process

  • Carriers: All domestic and international shipments are handled by DHL.

  • Tracking information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information on the evening of the shipping day.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours so we can find a solution.

  • Lost orders: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Customs and VAT for Deliveries to Switzerland

Swiss customers who have their order delivered to Germany (with VAT included) and then import the goods into Switzerland can request a VAT refund from runnershub. To do so, they must send the original invoice, stamped by customs, by post. The refund will be transferred to a bank account (IBAN and BIC).
Please note: invoices sent by email will not be accepted.
Any applicable customs fees are not included in the shipping costs and must be covered by the customer. These usually amount to approximately 7% of the value of the goods.
