The SCOTT Speed Carbon RC 2 is a running shoe that has been specially developed for maximum speed and efficiency. Thanks to the revised Kinetic Light Foam midsole, the shoe offers excellent cushioning and rebound, allowing runners to run faster for longer. The Carbitex GearFlex™ carbon fibre plate adapts dynamically to the running pace. It increases its stiffness with increasing speed, but remains flexible when walking, making it ideal for both sprints and longer distances. Evolved Rocker2 technology promotes a dynamic running position, reduces heel strike and increases running efficiency. In addition, the specially developed Speed Traction outsole ensures optimum power transfer to the ground by maximising traction in the forefoot area.
