Sports Knee Strap provides targeted pressure below the kneecap to relieve the patellar tendon during longer sports sessions, especially during running and jumping-intensive sports. The strap thus counteracts typical overuse complaints such as anterior knee pain or noticeable movement restrictions. In the long term, this helps to prevent long-term complaints. A functional element is incorporated into the fitted knitted fabric to relieve the insertion of the patellar tendon: a special pad with four nubbed pressure points that provide a soothing massage during movement. The inner pressure points additionally guide and support the tendon under load. The outer pressure points primarily stimulate the area around the patellar tendon and have a positive effect on the knee's sensorimotor system.
